Four steps, with a review first.
Open Account security
Sign in to CrewBeam, open More, then choose Account security.
Review the deletion
Choose Review account deletion and complete the requested recent sign-in confirmation. Read the account and retained-record information shown in the app.
Transfer company ownership
If you own a company, transfer ownership of every owned company before continuing. Ask your company administrator for help with company access.
Confirm your choice
Follow the confirmation instructions, then choose Delete CrewBeam account. Wait for the result; opening this guide or sending a support request does not delete an account.
What account deletion removes
The implemented account-deletion workflow removes your Firebase sign-in identity and technical profile, company memberships, device tokens and personal AI/command history. Access is disabled before external identity deletion is attempted.
You will lose access to company work through that account. Deleting your account is different from leaving a company or transferring ownership.
What remains with the business
Shared company records, financial documents and minimal security/audit references are retained. For example, a company’s job or invoice history is not erased when an individual team member deletes their account. The app shows the retained-record explanation before final confirmation.
This workflow does not promise removal of copies already downloaded, exported, shared with another app or retained in provider logs and backups. If your request concerns company records or files, describe that separately through the private contact channel so identity and authority can be checked.
If you cannot sign in
Email Decodation LLC at decodationllc@gmail.com to request deletion of your CrewBeam account and associated personal data. You can also use the CrewBeam contact form, select Privacy or account question, and state that you want help deleting your CrewBeam account. Give an email address at which you can be reached. Do not include a password, authentication code or private customer records.
Review the form request before choosing Send request. Keep the receipt reference shown after the server confirms it was saved. Identity and company authority may need verification before an operator can act.
